Introduce us to someone you know is looking for career growth and earn money when we place them into job with the Company.

What qualifies as a candidate referral?For a candidate to qualify as a successful referral:
- Their skill set and experience must match our openings on - http://www.varologic.co.in/jobs-careers
- Has not applied in the company in the last three months or has not spoken to us in the last six months.
- He has not been introduced by any other friend to us.

How do I refer a person?
To refer a person, you will have to forward us their name and contact number and member has to forward his/ her resume on jobs@varologic.co.in clearly mentioning your name and the position he is willing to apply. Once we receive the resume mentioning your name, we will confirm your referral by revert email.
If same candidate is referred by two friends, the first received contact will be eligible to claim the referral if candidate joins the company.

How much money can I earn?For every candidate you refer to us who gets selected and joins the company you will be paid the following:
- Rs 5000/- for candidate with ≤ 5 years of experience
- Rs 7500/- for candidate with 5 to ≤ 7 years of Experience
- Rs 10000/- for candidate with 7+ years of experience

When will I get paid?
Your reward will become payable once we have successfully placed a referred candidate into a job and he has completed three months in the company.

How will I get paid?You will be paid by bank payment.
